Cancellation Policy
Each booking reserves one 30-minute play session during the event. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your selected time to allow check-in and briefing; late arrivals may have reduced play time and sessions cannot be extended. A maximum number of participants is enforced per slot for safety and equipment limits. All players must follow staff instructions and game rules at all times. If a participant misses their time, entry is not guaranteed and rescheduling depends on availability. No refunds for missed or unused sessions.
